Reece is our Managing Director and Senior Lending Manager. He has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of finance, including owner-occupied and investment lending, commercial finance and lending to self-managed super funds.
He holds a Diploma of Mortgage Broking and Finance and has held senior management roles at both a major bank and tier 2 lenders, and prior to joining Capital Home Loans was an accredited broker with AMP Financial Planning, catering to the complex financial requirements of high net-worth clients. By having extensive exposure to all types of financial structures, Reece is able to provide professional advice and guidance no matter what your particular requirements are.
Amanda is our Relationship and Client Services Manager. She has over 10 years experience in Relationship Management and Customer Service in a number of industries, including Hospitality, Insurance and all aspects of Property and Development.
She has great passion for helping people achieve their financial goals, through providing service to our Clients which goes above and beyond normal expectations. This dedication to her Clients has seen her nominated as a finalist as Loan Administrator of the Year at the Better Business Awards last year; and a never ending flow of Client Testimonials focusing on her attention to detail and ability to ensure a fantastic experience for our Clients.
As our Personal Lending and Asset/ Plant and Equipment loan specialist, Amanda has recently completed her Diploma in Mortgage Broking, and is now able to assist our Clients in all aspects of their Financial Journey.
Sam works closely with all aspects of the team here at Capital Home Loans to ensure things are working as they should. With her varied background in lending, customer service and sales she helps our team keep lines of communication open with all of our clients and create efficiencies within our processes that greatly benefit them on a day-to-day basis.
Before starting with Capital Home Loans, Sam has worked over 10 years as a Customer Service Officer, Retail Lending Specialist and various team leader roles in the banking and finance industry. In these roles she developed a strong ability to manage the needs of a team of people and build long-term customer relationships that were rooted in respect and grown through rapport and quality interactions.
Kelly is the Office Manager for Capital Home Loans. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business including the day to day operations. Her incredible organization skills keeps our team running smoothly.
Kelly has almost a decade of experience in office administration, management and Human Resources. Prior to Capital Home Loans, Kelly has worked for Connective where she was Executive Assistant to two Directors and the General Manager. Kelly has two Diploma’s in Business and Management.
Jessica's role with Capital Home Loans is to ensure that communications with our overseas clients is seamless, making their experience with us enjoyable and effortless. She works with our team here to ensure that our approach to engaging with new clients, especially from China, is professional and of high quality.
Having lived in Asia for most of her life, Jessica's ability to connect with diverse markets is a key strength that she brings to our team. With a background in Chinese language and culture, she has developed a key position in the production of marketing material and communications for Chinese clients.
Nathan Lain is our Client Relationship Manager. Nathan has over 15 years experience in the finance industry including retail lending, banking, insurance, customer and sales.
Nathan values effective communication, building strong customer relationships and rapport and has a genuine passion for helping people. This commitment to helping people has seen Nathan nominated for several business awards with a particular focus on customer service.
Nathan’s thorough knowledge of the finance industry enables a smooth and efficient process for our clients, ensuring all required documentation and information is submitted at the time of application avoiding delays to facilitate a timely delivery for our customers.
